Description

This adds GrapheneOS to the top3 recommendations for Android operating systems.

Resolves: #832

Looks good, but recommend linking to the officially supported device-list ... not sure where that is but presumably at https://grapheneos.org/ somewhere.

Link should be fixed to the right place before merge, obviously :-)

Note that the github-repo includes code for some devices which are NOT officially supported yet, for instance Sailfish: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os_issue_tracker/issues/50 Last year it was Pixel 2/2XL + Pixel 3/3XL but @thestinger said that Pixel "1"/XL support is now official, in this comment from a few hours ago, https://github.com/privacytoolsIO/privacytools.io/issues/832#issuecomment-488790013
