Description

Remove ixquick, as it's the same what startpage.com is. Also, I am sorry for the commit spam, I messed up the branches. It'd be better to close this pull request and do it manually.

On July 7, 2009 Ixquick launched Startpage.com to offer its service at a URL that is both easier to remember and spell, and in contrast to ixquick.eu, fetches results from the Google search engine.
