Description

Resolves: #2233, #2234

Fixes the following issues:

https://www.privacytools.io/providers/#wc links to https://www.ipredator.se/static/downloads/canary.txt, which is a deadline after the merge (I don't think another warrant canary exists).
https://www.privacytools.io/providers/hosting/ mentions IPreadator VPN as a separate product and doesn't include Ethereum as an accepted payment.
https://www.privacytools.io/providers/vpn/#info links to "https://proxy.sh/panel/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=5".
https://www.privacytools.io/providers/#wc links to https://proxy.sh/panel/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=5
