Description

Resolves: #2159

As stated in #2159 it seems to be not longer the case that IVPN has a 3 day trial. After a quick wayback machine trip I've found that it had been removed between October 24th, 2020 and November 26th, 2020. Whereby at merging #1174 August 17th, 2019 was still true. However now they've removed the trial and acknowledge their is no such thing anymore. The notice on privacytools.io can be removed as well.
