Keying the site, part 4 - OS

Related to PR https://github.com/privacytoolsIO/privacytools.io/pull/1509
Do not merge until part 3 has merged. This PR uses part 3 as the base (hence why the PR looks so big). The only new commits between part 4 and part 3 are e94c915c7a and 669e3412df.

Card/cardv2 content, navbar text, misc, and everything under Providers in the navbar.

Merging master into i18n-simple to fix conflicts, and fixing loose ends

Please review the lowest part that hasn't been merged yet.

To prevent myself from constantly merging due to changes on master, Part 5 to clean up loose ends and merging master into i18n-simple will not be opened until all of the other parts have been reviewed and merged.

This PR keys everything under OS in the navbar. This marks what should be the last main keying PR (i.e. all of the content on the site should be keyed).
