Basically just removing every provider I haven't tested or heard of personally, since we have too many. Any objections to these removals? Related: #1139 #1141

Remaining providers:

IVPN
Mullvad
NordVPN
ProtonVPN

To clarify we still need to further investigate and potentially remove these remaining options as well.
