@Vincevrp Can we merge? I think these are good enough. We can always tweak them, as we progress with the site.
I would still like to add a template for website issues. If that's present it's definitely ready to merge. @nikhiljha will you implement this?

I'd make this an HTML comment so that the user sees it but it doesn't get rendered even if he forgets to remove it.
