Description
As discussed on https://github.com/privacytoolsIO/privacytools.io/issues/84#issuecomment-330030630, I moved qwant to "Worth Mentioning" section, StartPage to 2nd position and re-added DuckDuckGo to third spot.
I tried to maintain the original text as much as possible, but am willing to push changes if requested.
HTML Preview
https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/aveao/privacytools.io/blob/master/index.html
(the flag works on local, and seeing that this repo's preview has it broken too, I assume it's a problem with htmlpreview)
Maybe move Qwant to the top of Worth Mentioning, since it was in the top 3?
I moved qwant to top of Worth Mentioning and moved us warning link to #ukusa as per your recommendations.
