Add warning to Keybase products #1913

Description

Related to #1894.

This adds "important warning" to Keybase products because they have been acquired by Zoom and it's currently not known what will happen with them in the future. This also moves Keybase KBFS under Nextcloud in cloud storage section.

When more things are clear, Keybase can either completely be removed or returned to previous state.

@jonaharagon said he wanted to use an info badge for this and I agree. Currently those look like shit however as we are using badges wrong.
