Description

This PR will list Riot as a "recommended" team chat platform, and a "worth mentioning" instant messenger platform. As discussed in the relevant issue, the Matrix team has—in my opinion—addressed the primary privacy concerns from #1049 and can again be endorsed.

I am not entirely happy with the description though and will be opening another issue about that, maybe we can have it as a part of #1377.
