Blocked by #1196 and #1341 if you ask me. See also #1259.

Datacenter Light and IPv6onlyhosting advertise themselves as sustainable / green energy and their ToS isn't legaleze. They also appear to say to be open source and BlahDNS from our DNS page has a node hosted there.

The usual on assign meaning that I intent to take a look at it sometime, but I don't think I am going to do anything towards this until the blockers are solved.

But with #1464 and no comments here, I can make an exception :)

Did I already comment on this here?
Data Center Light's TOS isn't really a TOS, and they can force to say you have accepted anything with any change they decide to make.
Fair use is not defined.
I can't find any privacy statement.
By the way, Njalla could get a warning label that the domain is registered to Njalla's name and the person who is billed for the domain may not be able to dispute holdership with ICANN ever because they are not the registered registrant, because Njalla is.
But that's what some people want. Sigh.
If Njalla ever goes down, all the domains go with it. Their respective "holders"... well, aren't holders, because Njalla is. The respective billed people may not get to keep those domains.
