Delete Branch "delist-blokada"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Description
Resolves: #1123 as Nebulo does the same while supporting encrypted DNS. I also link to the encrypted DNS page as it contains Android information also and added an achor so there isn't so much browsing over the DNS providers.

Will we replace the Blockada card with Nebulo in a separate PR?
I fear it would create a new "real time communication" problem where we have the same content on multiple pages and forget that some of them exist and are in a mess if we ever have a reason to delist Nebulo. I hope the see also section is enough for readers looking for alternatives.
