Revert "browser recommendation: brave"

This reverts commit e06a19312aaf5921b98f9a2579fb9a443885bef6.

We, the maintainers of Brave, do not have the necessary bandwidth to
respond to all complaints and/or trolling about Brave as a result of it
being listed on privacytools.io.
