Lavabit, as you probably know, is back in business, therefore you might want to correct this...

An example of this is Lavabit – a discontinued secure email service created by Ladar Levison.

and perhaps add at the bottom of that section that Lavabit has since reopened

in the 'Related VPN information' section, i might recommend adding the following resources...

That One Privacy Site | VPN Section - this guy does an amazing job of creating very detailed spreadsheets that can be used to evaluate and compare VPN providers

Which VPN Services Keep You Anonymous in 2018? - TorrentFreak - TorrentFreak regularly (annually?) interviews various VPN providers with a list of questions that are helpful for comparing services
