Perhaps the Church of the Swimming Elephant (cotse.net) may be considered as a privacy-oriented hosting as well. Personally, I have used their services for years, so far I am satisfied. Note: it's a service of Packetderm LLC, USA-based company (so all the precautions against US/UK services should be in effect).

I am mostly using their remailers, mail service and Web proxy these days.

Note: their www.cotse.com site contains privacy/security related links. Most are out-of-date, though.
