You can't create an account on the homeserver, so it shouldn't say you can

Why I am making the suggestion

Because it is incorrect

My connection with the software

I was trying to make an account

I will keep the issue up-to-date if something I have said changes or I remember a connection with the software.

And on the website it says

You can register a user account on this homeserver using any Matrix client, no email required.
