Fix the iOS limitations link for the Onion Browser to the new one. (https://github.com/privacytools/privacytools.io/blob/master/_includes/sections/browser-recommendation.html#L115)

Why I am making the suggestion

The current iOS limitations link (https://onionbrowser.com/#security-advisories) defaults to the homepage with no information on iOS's limitations on Onion Browser. The new page with information on it is the about page (https://onionbrowser.com/about).

My connection with the software

None. Just a reader.

I will keep the issue up-to-date if something I have said changes or I remember a connection with the software.
