It's interesting with a quick glance, but IPFS is very far from private and I don't think this brings anything new over the already listed options.

We do list IPFS in self-contained networks or similar section though.

I like the idea, but it's not open-source, otherwise I would have suggested to add as a "Worth Mentioning" in self-contained network, there are other self-contained networks' utilities listed there.
