I cannot see anything releated to TLS or HTTPS on the page, do you have information on what are their DoT or DoH addresses and that have valid certificates?

If they support neither, they cannot be listed.

Closing due to inactivity and me being unable to find information about their DoT or DoH. The closest was a PowerPoint presentation / pdf by CERT.LV I found from DDG, but it doesn't name any addresses.
