well, thats exactly the reason why its there, so only people who know what they are doing install it.

I do think “Power User” makes more contextual sense than simply “Expert” though.

I was not an expert, but I was a power user. I tried them before knowing PTIO, then started liking them. I don't know whether I would play with them if someone told me they are “experts only”.
