Criteria:

  • Open Source
  • Cross-platform
  • Easy to use
  • Privacy respecting

There can be exeptions if no software is available that meet the criteria.

Edit: My current favorites are: Turtl, Simplenote and Laverna. Not sure about the order yet.

What do you guys suggest?
