Description: There have been a couple attempts to get new hosting providers listed to PTIO.
This is meant to act as an umbrella issue for all of them.

What is wrong with the current site: Currently only 4 options are listed.
Very few alternatives were brought up in the original PR: #638
This issue is meant to help discuss alternative methods.

Why isn't there a one fit all solution:
People have a variety of needs and may require specialized tools.
For instance, we don't only list one VPN. Listing only one risks centralization.

Example: If you want a temporary server maybe try SporeStack, however if want an onion site, maybe try Freedom Hosting Reloaded. Or if you want a site that gives back to the community then maybe try OpenBSD Amsterdam. Another user might want a service that can be used JS-free and want to try Gandi.

Possible Solution:

Perhaps, it is best to create a sortable table similar to how the email section is done:
