Flock is no longer maintained by Open Whisper Systems since 2015.
Bugs, security issues will never be fixed and can stop working on new Android versions (or already does not work).
Also I don't know if you can even get the .apk from anywhere.
I don't think a lot of people would like to setup Android environment themselves and then compile it.

On PTIO:

Flock - a discontinued calendar and contacts sync service by Open Whisper Systems. Despite being shut down the source code is still available on GitHub.
