Update DivestOS ( #307 )

Replaces PNG with an SVG made by @0x192
Altered to use correct font, and centered.
Converted text to object, to render correctly.
Optimized with scour and then by hand.
Switches to divestos.org, there is no www.
Update 128x128 size
